HOW TO create your shot list

 I want to get those wheels turning and start thinking about specific shots that you need for your session. Being prepared is always a great way to insure that we get every shot you need for your business. Here are seven of my "must have" shots for every brand and business. Take a peek at the examples below from my clients sessions so you can get an idea of what you may need. 
 
Of course you know your client/business better than I do so please add to this list of must have images and shoot these to me in an email as well as sharing the four pillars of your business. 

Because we always need a ton of these, especially when showing up as a guest in different podcasts, speaking engagements etc.

Head shots and speaker images

Celebration

 Using either confetti, balloons, money or champagne to get some celebration shots. This could be celebrating a milestone in your business or sharing the achievements of your clients. This is great to use in email newsletters, welcome to the course or sharing something new and exciting in your business. 

Planning and Design

This could be building a brand board ( check out the section I created on that),  using specific software to design that you tell others to use in their business, designing and creating something tangible that you use in business. 

White space

These are amazing shots with intentional white space so that you can add text, your logo or a graphic to your image to still have the familiarity of your face but also share something you want to talk about. 

These are something that I call my over and over shots, this is sharing visually four important pillars of your business that you talk about over and over in your business, podcast etc. Let's find a way to show these in images! 

Showcasing you doing what you do and how you show up for your clients. This could be you having a zoom meeting on your computer, having the phone on a tripod making a call, holding your phone and scrolling or holding the computer or phone for drop in images.

Show what you do!

If you are a maker or service provider showcase what you do, your process and how you work with your clients and customers. For example, if you are a floral designer, share some images of your design process and actually creating an arrangement.If you are a wedding planner share some images of you designing a tablescape. A photographer, taking pictures, editing or posing clients. You get the picture!  Just actually show what it is you do, give a peek behind the curtain in your business life.
